Michael Flood
Michael Flood, a CPA and attorney is the Founding Partner of Bench Strength Partners and was the Controller and Interim CFO of Cushman & Wakefield, Inc. During his 11 year tenure, Michael helped build a $500 million U.S. company into a $2 billion global leader in commercial real estate services. Prior to Cushman & Wakefield, Michael was a Senior Manager in Ernst & Young's construction, real estate and litigation support practices, as well as the State & Local government practice of E&Y. He has years of experience with the capital project management and financial operations for water and wastewater utilities as well as general governmental operations.
Francis Clerkin
Francis Clerkin has over 25 years experience in finance and administration, focusing on global infrastructure and operations management. Prior to joining Bench Strength Partners, Fran was Senior Managing Director of International Finance for Cushman & Wakefield. In that role, Fran built the global infrastructure to expand the Company in North & South America, Europe, Asia, and Australia. Fran also held the positions of Treasurer and Director of Tax.
